United Arab Emirates have record a quantum leap in adopting the latest green technologies and the best environmental practices discussed in many previous conferences, and which recorded the greatest markwith a positive change and an evident progress in the past few years, where the table was settled for planning, managing and implementing the latest environment-friendly techniques and discussing the most important developments in maintaining the environmental security.
"Ajman International Environment Conference" shows up being a forum bringing together scientists, researchers, engineers and decision makers to discuss the most prominent achievements and the latest innovations that will enhance the environmental security, whilst the world is heading deeply towardsthe search for new sources of clean and renewable energy facing challenges and achieving sustainability.

As a result, specialists in the environment sector have made a total number of 8944 examination visits 8944 that included visits to factories, generators, electrical water trade companies for contracting and construction, in addition to the pools, plastic bags factories and stores that use plastic bags.
Based on these visits, 1469 warnings have been given and 89 fines for the institutions that do not comply with the environment requirements. Also, during the current year, the Municipality Department received 275 complaints that had to deal with them with care and responsibility. Likewise, theenvironment security departmenthas successfully solved 241.9 tons of medical waste from hospitals and medical clinics in the emirate of Ajman, where the surveyors in the division have made 4775 Visits to hospitals and clinics to ensure proper storage and disposal of medical waste.
On the other hand, the food and environment laboratories have analyzed 1000 samples including sea water, underground water, sewage waste-water, swimming pools and cosmetics to ensure its conformity with laws and the environmental specifications. And in order to maintain the natural resources, 25 water wells have been closed and the license of one company has been canceled, so that it was trading in groundwater through wells existing in the company.
It is worth mentioning that the tanks that dump their load of in the wastewater pond sewage without treatment have reported 5 per day in 2013, comparing to 78 tankers on daily basis in 2012, where it has been imposeda strong control provision on factories that produce sewage water and which do not comply with the standards of the Ajman sewerage company and commit themto install processing units; as a result,60 factories installed processing units in the industrial institutions.
