Emirates NBD will accept interns recommended by AUD and complement their classroom learning with on-the-job training in the day-to-day activities of the bank in various sections. Commenting on the new partnership, Mrs. Peggy Awad, Director of External Relations at AUD, said: “AUD recognizes the importance of providing access for its students to the broader external community and the crucial role that the industry and corporate partners play in helping develop our students’ skills as we prepare them for the competitive workplace.”

The Career Services Office at AUD acts as a liaison between students and regional and multinational companies, as well as creating a business network to offer employment and internship opportunities to AUD students and alumni. Through a series of activities and events, the AUD student community and companies are brought together with the aim of a mutually beneficial collaboration, ensuring that the university’s talent is employed by the market leaders in their future endeavors.
