At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa Unveils New Season-Inspired Menu

At.mosphere, the world’s highest restaurant located on Level 122 of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, has unveiled its newest menu inspired by the season, featuring an extensive array of signature dishes, premium meats, and refreshing beverages, in line with global culinary trends.

In addition to providing visitors with unmatched views of Downtown Dubai, At.mosphere is redefining its culinary expertise with the ‘new seasonal menu.’ Prepared by the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Stuart Sage, At.mosphere will offer a tasting menu for two people, featuring an amuse bouche, a micro garden salad of Ceviche Yellow Fin Tuna; Slow Cooked Foie; Poached Organic Salmon; and Wagyu; all topped off with delectable Red Velvet, and At.mosphere’s signature ‘Crunch’ Dessert, paired with an array of cellared beverages.

Guests can also choose to dine a la carte, and pick from At.mosphere’s autographed courses – The Beginning, The Kitchen and Josper, Dessert and To Finish – all accompanied by a stunning selection of beverages, personally suggested by At.mosphere’s Sommelier, Rafaela Pons.

Begin with the refreshing taste of a Seasonal Salad comprising smoked potato, quail egg, parmesan and aioli; or selected from the Hand Dived Scallops, Langoustine Ravioli, Spice Crusted Camember, or 18-months aged Iberico cured beef.

In main courses, visitors can savour Maine Lobster, Corn-Fed Chicken, Aromatic Steamed Seabass, Arabian Lamb Rack, and Wild Mushroom Risotto, in addition to unparalleled meats including Livingstone Short Rib and Blackmore Farms Tenderloin, among others, all grilled to perfection in the Josper oven.

At.mosphere’s extensive dessert menu features a Tiramisu Soufflé, selection of artisan cheeses, as well as the classic Chocolate Earth Sphere and At.mosphere ‘Crunch’ Dessert.

The third addition to Emaar Hospitality Group’s portfolio of independent ‘Lifestyle Dining’ outlets, At.mosphere and provides visitors with a special restaurant and sky lounge section. The Restaurant sports sleek and stylish interiors where guests can enjoy contemporary grill cuisine; while the Lounge is a chic venue open throughout the week, which serves light lunches and high tea, before turning into a vibrant spot in the evening.
