Returning to the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre from 14 to 16 March, the al fresco festival will host a record 30 of the city’s best restaurants, alongside internationally renowned celebrity chefs, the region’s best bands and food and drink related companies giving out samples and selling exclusive products.

Restaurants already confirmed include Asado, Armani Amal, Armani Ristorante, Gaucho, Rivington Grill, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Thiptara.

Diners in Dubai will relish in the Ultimate Dining Experience, a unique chance to win AED500 gift vouchers from the 30 different restaurants participating in Taste of Dubai. With an overall value of AED15,000, it is the restaurant competition ultimate; an incredible prize for one lucky ticket-holder who purchases a ticket to the event via the Taste of Dubai website.

For those who want to roll their sleeves up and show off their skills, the interactive cookery school, sponsored by Kenwood, gives aspiring chefs the chance to learn from international professionals as the participants follow simple recipes to create a masterpiece and pick up kitchen tips along the way.

Celebrity chefs including the Food Network’s Reza Mahammad and Jenny Morris, plus Gary Rhodes, Richard Sandoval and Vineet Bhatia will all take part in displays of culinary prowess at the Philips Chef’s Theatre. As the sun goes down, Taste visitors can chill out and enjoy music from local bands.
