• Celebrity Chefs Jenny Morris And Jonathan Phang To Perform Live At City Centre Mirdif

    City Centre Mirdif, the family-oriented shopping, lifestyle and entertainment destination, owned and managed by Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, is offering visitors the chance to enjoy live performances from renowned celebrity chefs from now until Feb 20, 2015.

    Visitors have the opportunity to meet celebrity chefs Jonathan Phang and Jenny Morris, as part of Dubai Food Festival, in partnership with OSN Food Network, every evening from 6 -10pm, until Feb 20. The chefs also showcase live cooking demonstrations for food enthusiasts, at Central Galleria, City Centre Mirdif.

    Jenny Morris, also known as "The Giggling Gourmet", is a celebrity chef and radio personality from South Africa. Her series, Jenny Morris Cooks Morocco and Jenny Morris Cooks the Riviera, are amongst the most viewed shows on Food Network, exclusively on OSN.

    Jonathan Phang is a popular British TV chef with a career spanning more than 25 years and numerous hit television shows, including Jonathan Phang’s Gourmet Trains, which follows his opulent gastronomic journey around the world on some of the most luxurious trains. Former judge on Britain's Next Top Model for three seasons, Jonathan is now dedicated to his true love – food. Born into a Chinese-Caribbean household, Jonathan grew up with foods that were full of spices and intense flavors.

    Majid Al Futtaim has been a key supporter of Dubai Food Festival since its inception in 2014. The three-week celebration of culinary delights is organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, an agency of Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
