• DEWA Partners With Dubai Municipality To Offer More Convenient Government Services To Customers

    Opening A New Customer Service Centre In Al Manara Centre

    In recognition of the ongoing commitment by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) to provide world-class facilities and services built around the needs of its customers, DEWA announced that it has opened a new Customer Service Centre at Dubai Municipality – Al Manara Centre.

    Al Manara Centre replaces the DEWA Customer Service Center in Umm Suqeim which has been relocated to Sheikh Zayed Road to offer a more convenient and helpful face-to-face service on all electricity and water services for the Dubai community.

    The opening of the Customer Service Centre is a continuation of the strategic partnership between DEWA and Dubai Municipality to work in together to provide an enhanced customer service experience through the provision of customer-centric services in each other’s premises.

    Speaking on the opening of Al Manara Customer Service Centre, HE Saeed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, said; “In line with its strategic plan to provide the best services to its customers, and in accordance with international standards to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, DEWA is committed to the continuous improvement of its services and facilities to ensure that customer’s experience and satisfaction is of the highest possible level. By anticipating customers’ needs and seeking innovative solutions to exceed their expectations we have been able to enhance the effectiveness of our services. One such innovation is by developing successful and cooperative partnerships with Dubai Municipality. This genuine partnership across the Government sector will enable DEWA to provide customers with an increased level of customer service and efficiency, in a more accessible and convenient location which is integral to our long-term vision to be recognized as a world-class utilities provider.”

    The new Customer Service Centre will offer the full range of electricity and water services provided by the Authority to assist new and existing customers with their DEWA accounts .It is conveniently located opposite the Noor Islamic Bank Dubai Metro Station on Sheikh Zayed Road.

    The new customer service centre is open Sunday – Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, and provides utility services including, registration of new customers, bill enquiry and payment, final bill requests, change of billing address, clearance certificates, updated tenancy contracts, suggestion and complaints and general enquiries.
