Kuwait National Day
Dubai will roll out an exciting line-up of events, activities and promotions to celebrate Kuwait’s National Day on 25 February, as it continues to signify the strong relations between the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. The festivities in Dubai, which will run from 20 to 26 February, will feature fireworks displays, cultural and culinary experiences, entertainment shows, and more.

Concerts
Global Village, the family-oriented destination, will host Miami Band from Kuwait, starting 9pm on 22 February. The group of highly talented musicians will perform some of their greatest hits, such as 'Alhamdulilah Washufnaakom' and 'Aasho', organised specifically for the National Day of Kuwait celebrations in Dubai.
Tourism destinations and attractions
swyp Beach Canteen: Watch top chefs from Kuwait in action at swyp Beach Canteen, the signature event of Dubai Food Festival, from 21 to 26 February as they engage visitors in a series of live cooking demonstrations which showcase insights into Kuwaiti and Arabic dishes. The Kuwait Business Council has partnered with swyp Beach Canteen to organize several cultural and sports events in collaboration with the Kuwaiti Sadu House, a cultural heritage foundation that specializes in traditional Sadu embroidery, and the UFC Academy for Martial Arts. From 21-25 February, Beach Canteen visitors can celebrate Kuwaiti culture through a rich programme of activities intended to enhance visitors’ understanding of Kuwait. The activities will be supported by the efforts of Kuwaiti university students in the UAE as well as digital media expertise of the Council’s media partner Ghaliah, a digital marketing agency that previously collaborated with the Council during the Council’s first season of celebrations. Finally you can watch the fireworks display celebrating Kuwait National Day on 25 February at 8:35pm.
Burj Khalifa: The world’s tallest building and one of the most popular tourist attractions will display the colours of the Kuwaiti national flag on 25 February.
Motiongate Dubai: One of the themed attractions of Dubai Parks and Resorts, Motiongate Dubai will run an online promotion in Kuwait that gives customers the chance to pre-purchase online tickets for 30% off the regular ticket price. Entry tickets are valid from 20 to 26 February and can be booked online until 20 February.
IMG Worlds of Adventure: The indoor theme park will offer its Kuwaiti guests a special deal from 21 to 25 February. Kids below 12 years old can enjoy free entry with every adult ticket purchase.
Children’s City: Dubai’s themed activity centre in Creek Park will host a programme of activities to welcome Kuwaiti families.
Offers and promotions: Shopping Malls
Malls and shopping destinations, including City Centre Mirdif and Ibn Battuta Mall, will mark the National Day of Kuwait by greeting visitors through their digital screens, while The Beach, JBR will celebrate with a spectacular fireworks show on 21 February at 9pm. In addition to a fireworks display on 25 February at 8pm, visitors to Dubai Festival City Mall can enjoy the two-time Guinness World record-breaking show, IMAGINE.
