    Press the mince meat evenly onto a steel skewer. Marinate the Hammour, Shrimps, Chicken and Lamb chops with oil, Saffron, lemon Juice, Garlic and salt and pepper. Refridgerate for a couple of hours then thread on a skewer. Separately thread the Tomatoes on a skewer. Place all the skewers on a charcoal grill and cook until done, turning ocassionally to cook evenly. Serve hot with Saffron Rice or bread
