Wash rinse and finely chop the vegetables. Pan fry in the oil for about 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside to cool. Whisk the eggs well then add baking sode, flour, barberries, seasoning and the cooked vegetables. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove when cooked and cut into diamond shapes and serve hot.
