Steak Sizzler
1. Marinate the Sirloin steak and place in the griller until cooked. 2. Take a sizzler plate and place it on top of the flame till it turns red in colour. 3. Arrange sliced onions, capers & gerkins on top of the sizzler plate and put the steak on top of the onion bed. Add melted butter. 4. Serve it with a bowl of salad and a choice of dressings, i.e., vinaigrette, thousand island or blue cheese.
