Cajun Chicken Salad
1. Marinate the whole chicken breast and put it in a griller. 2. Arrange a bowl of lettuce and put endies (?) and tomato. 3. Put on top of the lettuce bed thin slices of avocado and hard boiled egg, slices of grilled chicken breast. 4. Serve along with mustard sauce. 5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
