Four Cheeses
1. Slice the French baquette into 2 pieces. 2. Open each piece and spread basil oil and add slices of mozzarella, provolone, pecarino Romano and fontina cheeses on top. Put in slices of tomatoes, dry oregano, crushed black pepper then close. 3. Put in a griller and slice into two pieces again, making 4 pieces. 4. Serve along with French fries or potato salad.
