Fried baby Hammour
Cut the Hammour in a slanting fashion on either side reaching the bone. Season and dust Cron flour on the Hammour in generous quantity. Deep fry the Hammour until cooked and crispy, golden brown and serve with Sweet and Sour sauce and garnish.
