Stir fried Beef (NEW)
Cut the Beef in thin long slices, marinate with Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, rice wine and Corn Flour and leave aside for 20 mins. Heat the oil to smoking point, stir fry the beef till brown. Drain the meat off the oil and clean the pan, add Oyster sauce and bring to simmer. Add the drained Beef slices, toss thoroughly. Serve garnished with chopped Spring Onions. Serves 4
