Banana Tart Tatin
1. Put caramel in a small pan. 2. Place bananas on top, standing up. 3. Place the puff pastry sheet on top and put in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven and turn over onto a serving plate (with the puff pastry down). 5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
