Banana Tempura
1. Mix together the mashed banana, butter, honey & lemon peel. Heat in a pan for 5 minutes. Set aside & let it cool. 2. Take the sliced white toast bread and fill it with the banana mix and vanilla ice cream. Roll the bread and wrap in cling plastic to preserve the round form. Keep it frozen at -18C to keep the form. 3. To make the tempura batter, mix all the ingredients for the batter and beat until a thick texture is achieved. 4. Coat the banana bread roll with wheat flour and dip into the tempura batter and fry until golden brown. 5. Serve with vanilla sauce or strawberry sauce.
