Grilled Beef Filet & Half Lobster Tail
1. Grill the Lobster & beef tenderloin and finish in the oven 2. Mic celeriac and mashed potato, make it hot in pan with the cream, chopped parsley and saffron 3. Put the mixture in the middle of the plate 4. Grill the asparagus and arrange on top of the mashed potato and mashed celeriac 5. Put the half lobster tail and beef tenderloin just beneath the mashed potato and mashed celeriac. 6. Garnish with fresh dill
