The Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) is a Public Shareholding Company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, by Law No. (4) of 1972 as amended by Law (4) of 1974, and is governed by the provisions of the U.A.E. Federal Law No. (6) of 2007 "Establishment of the Insurance Authority & Organization of its Operations", with Registration No. (1).
