Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Draw In Series 135; Finest Surprise Car Series 1509 And Ducati Motorbike In Series 203
Ms. Nandini Dabir Ravindra, a Dubai-based Indian national struck gold when her lucky ticket no. 1601 was drawn in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion Series 135 earlier this morning in Concourse C, Dubai International Airport.
Ms. Ravindra couldn’t believe her luck when she received a surprise phone call from Dubai Duty Free telling her she had become the lastest dollar millionaire. Commenting on her stroke of luck the delighted winner said: “My husband and I have been participating in the Millennium Millionaire for a few years but I am still shocked with the news that we’ve won! We are fantastically lucky and rich now and can’t wait to meet the Dubai Duty Free team to convey our sincere thanks for an early Christmas present!”
Following the Millennium Millionaire draw, Dubai Duty Free presented a US$1 million dollar cheque to a previous Millennium Millionaire winner, Mr. Musleh Mousa Hassan who won his prize in Series 134 with ticket no. 3610 a few weeks earlier. A Lebanese national living in Dubai, Mr. Hassan is a regular participant of the Millennium Millionaire promotion and was excited to receive the cheque. He commented: “It is my first time to win anything in my life and I’m extremely happy about it. This life-changing experience will help me to fulfill my dreams and settle my own business in Dubai”.
Two Finest Surprise winners were announced at the draw held directly after the Millennium Millionaire draw and presentation.
A New Zealander living in Dubai, Mr. Munther Ghanbari, won a sporty Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe in Series no. 1509 with ticket no. 0774 while Mr. Mohammad Zaim, a Pakistani national won a Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO in Series no. 203 with ticket no. 0445.
The Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise Draw and a presentation were conducted by Sinead El Sibai, Vice President – Marketing, Dubai Duty Free, Nic Bruwer, Vice President – Human Resources and Sean Staunton, Vice President – Operations.
