International manufacturers and exporters may conduct business with UAE by concluding transactions directly with importers and traders who are already established in the market. This type of arrangement may be suitable for low-volume trade. However, for an ongoing business relationship, overseas companies may well want to consider a more permanent form of representation.

The Commercial Companies Law

Business activity in the UAE is based on the principle of local participation with the exception of Free Zones. The economic activities are regulated by individual Emirates as well as by the Federal Government. In 1984, Federal Law No. 8 of 1984, its amendment by Federal Law No. 13 of 1988 – the ‘Commercial Companies Law” and its by-laws have been issued. The law makes it conditional that the companies be wholly owned by UAE nationals or that UAE nationals own at least 51% of its share capital, while the remaining 49% may belong to foreigners.

The law provides that commercial companies established in the U.A.E must take any of the following legal forms:

General Partnership Company

Partnership in-commendam (Limited Partnership)

Public Shareholding Company (PJSC)

Private Shareholding Company

Joint Venture (Consortium Company)

Professional Companies (Professional Partnership)

Opening a branch or representative office of the foreign company

Limited Liability Company

A Limited Liability Company is the most common form of doing business in Dubai entity currently formed.

A limited liability company can be formed by a minimum of two and a maximum of 50 persons whose liability is limited to their shares in the company’s capital. The minimum equity participation by UAE national is 51%. Capital required to form a limited liability company in Dubai is AED 300,000 (US$ 81,744). However, in other Emirates viz., Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Um Al Quwain, and Ajman the capital requirement is AED 150,000 (US$ 40,872). Profit or loss distribution can be prescribed and responsibility of management of an LLC can be vested in the foreign or national partners or third party. The shares of such company are not open for subscription by the public and they do not issue negotiable shares.

Licencing procedures are controlled by Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, by Economic Department in Sharjah and by the concerned Municipality(s) in Ajman, Fujairah and Um Al Quwain.

Other laws :

Laws on Intellectual property rights: Federal Laws concerning Intellectual Property such as Patent, Trademarks, Copyrights and protection for trade secrets have been in effect since the early 1990s.In addition UAE subscribes to numerous international treaties dealing with Intellectual Property Issues such as the Paris Convention, Bern Convention, WIPO, TRIPS and the World Trade Organization, among others.

Patent law: The Federal law No.(17) of 2002 is the law governing patents in the UAE..

Trademark law: Trademarks are governed by Federal Law No (37) of 1992, as amended.

Copyright law : The relevant law that govern the copyrights is the Federal law No(7) of 2002,

IT Laws: Federal Law No(1) of 2006 regarding Electronic Transactions and Commerce law and Law No(2) of 2006 concerning Cyber Crimes law were issued under a presidential decree.

Consumer Protection Law: A new consumer protection law has been enacted to provide for consumer protection which has embodied an anti- unfair completions provisions

Provision of labour law: In the UAE there is a uniform federal labour code embodied in law No.(8) of 1980 as supplemented by various Ministerial decrees that regulates all basic aspects of the relations between employer and employee.

Provisions of tax law:The UAE has no uniform tax law for the whole country. Tax legislation is reserved to the individual emirates. The laws in the overwhelming majority of the emirates provide for taxes to be levied, but in practice, most of these regulations are not applied. In principle, the individual emirates do not levy income tax on natural persons (locals or foreigners). The income tax for legal entities/bodies is thus far levied only on companies that are directly involved in the production and processing of oil, gas, and petrochemical products, and on domestic and foreign banks at the Emirate level and courier companies at the Federal level. Further, Emirate-level taxes are imposed on the holder of petroleum concession at rates specifically negotiated in the relevant concession agreements. Dubai and certain other Emirates impose taxes on some goods and services including, for example, sales of Alcoholic beverages, hotels and restaurant bills and residential leases. However, there is no sale tax or VAT. In the various free zones in uae, the governments of the respective emirates guarantee tax exemption.

Provisions of customs law: Unless particular product is exempted, the UAE levies a relatively low import duty of 5% on import goods into UAE and outside the Free (Zones (as of 01/01/2003), based on the CIF (cost, insurance and freight) value of the goods. No customs are levied on a variety of goods, e.g. foodstuffs, certain raw materials, or medical equipment. However, 50% duties levied on Alcohol and 100% on Tobacco products. For goods that are intended for re-export, the customs duties paid are returned after a certain period following re-export. To benefit from reduced customs duties, Manufacturers will have to prove that at least 40% of the value was added in the UAE and at least 51% owned by UAE nationals.

Banking Law: UAE Central Bank was created by Law No (10) of 1980 concerning Central Bank. Under the Banking law, Central ank is empowered to license Commercial Banks, Investment Banks and Financial Intermediaries.

Laws on inheritance: Since UAE is an Islamic country, the courts in UAE (except DIFC) adhere to Sharia Laws with regard to inheritance. However, as a result of the provisions of Personal Affairs Law (No 28 of 2005) a non-Muslim expatriate who is resident in the UAE can opt for the law of their domicile home country to be applied to the distribution of their assets in UAE, provided they have a legally recognized ‘will’.

The life of Aishah is proof that a woman can be far more learned than men and that she can be the teacher of scholars and experts. Her life is also proof that a woman can exert influence over men and women and provide them with inspiration and leadership . Her life is also proof that the same woman can be totally feminine and be a source of pleasure, joy and comfort to her husband.

She did not graduate from any university there were no universities as such in her day. But still her utterances are studied in faculties of literature, her legal pronouncements are studied in colleges of law and her life and works are studied and researched by students and teachers of Muslim history as they have been for over a thousand years.

The bulk of her vast treasure of knowledge was obtained while she was still quite young. In her early childhood she was brought up by her father who was greatly liked and respected for he was a man of wide knowledge, gentle manners and an agreeable presence. Moreover he was the closest friend of the noble Prophet who was a frequent visitor to their home since the very early days of his mission.

In her youth, already known for her striking beauty and her formidable memory, she came under the loving care and attention of the Prophet himself. As his wife and close companion she acquired from him knowledge and insight such as no woman has ever acquired.

Aishah became the Prophet’s wife in Makkah when she was most likely in the tenth year of her life but her wedding did not take place until the second year after the Hijrah when she was about fourteen or fifteen years old. Before and after her wedding she maintained a natural jollity and innocence and did not seem at all overawed by the thought of being wedded to him who was the Messenger of God whom all his companions, including her own mother and father, treated with such love and reverence as they gave to no one else.

About her wedding, she related that shortly before she was to leave her parent’s house, she slipped out into the courtyard to play with a passing friend:

“I was playing on a see-saw and my long streaming hair was dishevelled,” she said.

“They came and took me from my play and made me ready.”

They dressed her in a wedding-dress made from fine red-striped cloth from Bahrain and then her mother took her to the newly-built house where some women of the Ansar were waiting outside the door. They greeted her with the words “For good and for happines s may all be well!” Then, in the presence of the smiling Prophet, a bowl of milk was brought. The Prophet drank from it himself and offered it to Aishah. She shyly declined it but when he insisted she did so and then offered the bowl to her sister Asma who was sitting beside her. Others also drank of it and that was as much as there was of the simple and solemn occasion of their wedding. There was no wedding feast.

Marriage to the Prophet did not change her playful ways. Her young friends came regularly to visit her in her own apartment.

“I would be playing with my dolls,” she said, “with the girls who were my friends, and the Prophet would come in and they would slip out of the house and he would go out after them and bring them back, for he was pleased for my sake to have them there.

“Sometimes he would say “Stay where you are” before they had time to leave, and would also join in their games. Aishah said: “One day, the Prophet came in when I was playing with the dolls and he said: ‘O Aishah, whatever game is this?’ ‘It is Solomon’s hor ses,’ I said and he laughed.” Sometimes as he came in he would screen himself with his cloak so as not to disturb Aishah and her friends.

Aishah’s early life in Madinah also had its more serious and anxious times. Once her malafather and two companions who were staying with him fell ill with a dangerous fever which was common in Madinah at certain seasons. One morning Aishah went to visit him and was dismayed to find the three men lying completely weak and exhausted. She asked her father how he was and he answered her in verse but she did not understand what he was saying. The two others also answered her with lines of poetry which seemed to her to be nothing but unintelligible babbling. She was deeply troubled and went home to the Prophet saying:

“They are raving, out of their minds, through the heat of the fever.” The Prophet asked what they had said and was somewhat reassured when she repeated almost word for word the lines they had uttered and which made sense although she did not fully underst and them then. This was a demonstration of the great retentive power of her memory which as the years went by were to preserve so many of the priceless sayings of the Prophet.

Of the Prophet’s wives in Madinah, it was clear that it was Aishah that he loved most. From time to time, one or the other of his companions would ask:

“O Messenger of God, whom do you love most in the world?” He did not always give the same answer to this question for he felt great love for many for his daughters and their children, for Abu Bakr, for Ali, for Zayd and his son Usamah. But of his wives t he only one he named in this connection was Aishah. She too loved him greatly in return and often would seek reassurance from him that he loved her. Once she asked him: “How is your love for me?”

“Like the rope’s knot,” he replied meaning that it was strong and secure. And time after time thereafter, she would ask him: “How is the knot?” and he would reply: “Ala haaliha in the same condition.”

As she loved the Prophet so was her love a jealous love and she could not bear the thought that the Prophet’s attentions should be given to others more than seemed enough to her. She asked him:

“O Messenger of God, tell me of yourself. If you were between the two slopes of a valley, one of which had not been grazed whereas the other had been grazed, on which would you pasture your flocks?”

“On that which had not been grazed,” replied the Prophet. “Even so,” she said, “and I am not as any other of your wives. “Everyone of them had a husband before you, except myself.” The Prophet smiled and said nothing. Of her jealousy, Aishah would say in later years:

“I was not, jealous of any other wife of the Prophet as I was jealous of Khadijah, because of his constant mentioning of her and because God had commanded him to give her good tidings of a mansion in Paradise of precious stones. And whenever he sacrifice d a sheep he would send a fair portion of it to those who had been her intimate friends. Many a time I said to him: “It is as if there had never been any other woman in the world except Khadijah.”

Once, when Aishah complained and asked why he spoke so highly of “an old Quraysh woman”, the Prophet was hurt and said: “She was the wife who believed in me when others rejected me. When people gave me the lie, she affirmed my truthfulness. When I stood f orsaken, she spent her wealth to lighten the burden of my sorrow..”

Despite her feelings of jealousy which nonetheless were not of a destructive kind, Aishah was really a generous soul and a patient one. She bore with the rest of the Prophet’s household poverty and hunger which often lasted for long periods. For days on e nd no fire would be lit in the sparsely furnished house of the Prophet for cooking or baking bread and they would live merely on dates and water. Poverty did not cause her distress or humiliation; self-sufficiency when it did come did not corrupt her styl e of life.

Once the Prophet stayed away from his wives for a month because they had distressed him by asking of him that which he did not have. This was after the Khaybar expedition when an increase of riches whetted the appetite for presents. Returning from his sel f-imposed retreat, he went first to Aishah’s apartment. She was delighted to see him but he said he had received Revelation which required him to put two options before her. He then recited the verses:

“O Prophet! Say to your wives: If you desire the life of this world and its adornments, then come and I will bestow its goods upon you, and I will release you with a fair release. But if you desire God and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter, th en verily God has laid in store for you an immense reward for such as you who do good.”

Aishah’s reply was:

“Indeed I desire God and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter,” and her response was followed by all the others.

She stuck to her choice both during the lifetime of the Prophet and afterwards. Later when the Muslims were favored with enormous riches, she was given a gift of one hundred thousand dirhams. She was fasting when she received the money and she distributed the entire amount to the poor and the needy even though she had no provisions in her house. Shortly after, a maidservant said to her: “Could you buy meat for a dirham with which to break your fast?”

“If I had remembered, I would have done so,” she said. The Prophet’s affection for Aishah remained to the last. During his final illness, it was to Aishah’s apartment that he went at the suggestion of his wives. For much of the time he lay there on a cou ch with his head resting on her breast or on her lap. She it was who took a toothstick from her brother, chewed upon it to soften it and gave it to the Prophet. Despite his weakness, he rubbed his teeth with it vigorously. Not long afterwards, he lost con sciousness and Aishah thought it was the onset of death, but after an hour he opened his eyes.

Aishah it is who has preserved for us these dying moments of the most honoured of God’s creation, His beloved Messenger may He shower His choicest blessings on him.

When he opened his eyes again, Aishah remembered Iris having said to her: “No Prophet is taken by death until he has been shown his place in Paradise and then offered the choice, to live or die.”

“He will not now choose us,” she said to herself. Then she heard him murmur: “With the supreme communion in Paradise, with those upon whom God has showered His favor, the Prophets, the martyrs and the righteous…” Again she heard him murmur: “O Lord, wit h the supreme communion,” and these were the last words she heard him speak. Gradually his head grew heavier upon her breast, until others in the room began to lament, and Aishah laid his head on a pillow and joined them in lamentation.

In the floor of Aishah’s room near the couch where he was lying, a grave was dug in which was buried the Seal of the Prophets amid much bewilderment and great sorrow.

Aishah lived on almost fifty years after the passing away of the Prophet. She had been his wife for a decade. Much of this time was spent in learning and acquiring knowledge of the two most important sources of God’s guidance, the Quran and the Sunnah of His Prophet. Aishah was one of three wives (the other two being Hafsah and Umm Salamah) who memorized the Revelation. Like Hafsah, she had her own script of the Quran written after the Prophet had died.

So far as the Ahadith or sayings of the Prophet is concerned, Aishah is one of four persons (the others being Abu Hurayrah, Abdullah ibn Umar, and Anas ibn Malik) who transmitted more than two thousand sayings. Many of these pertain to some of the most in timate aspects of personal behavior which only someone in Aishah’s position could have learnt. What is most important is that her knowledge of hadith was passed on in written form by at least three persons including her nephew Urwah who became one of the greatest scholars among the generation after the Companions.

Many of the learned companions of the Prophet and their followers benefitted from Aishah’s knowledge. Abu Musa al-Ashari once said: “If we companions of the Messenger of God had any difficulty on a matter, we asked Aishah about it.”

Her nephew Urwah asserts that she was proficient not only in fiqh but also in medicine (tibb) and poetry. Many of the senior companions of the Prophet came to her to ask for advice concerning questions of inheritance which required a highly skilled mathem atical mind. Scholars regard her as one of the earliest fuqaha of Islam along with persons like Umar ibn al-Khattab, Ali and Abdullah ibn Abbas. The Prophet referring to her extensive knowledge of Islam is reported to have said: “Learn a portion of your r eligion (din) from this red colored lady.” “Humayra” meaning “Red-coloured” was an epithet given to Aishah by the Prophet.

Aishah not only possessed great knowledge but took an active part in education and social reform. As a teacher she had a clear and persuasive manner of speech and her power of oratory has been described in superlative terms by al-Ahnaf who said: “I have heard speeches of Abu Bakr and Umar, Uthman and Ali and the Khulafa up to this day, but I have not heard speech more persuasive and more beautiful from the mouth of any person than from the mouth of Aishah.”

Men and women came from far and wide to benefit from her knowledge. The number of women is said to have been greater than that of men. Besides answering enquiries, she took boys and girls, some of them orphans, into her custody and trained them under her care and guidance. This was in addition to her relatives who received instruction from her. Her house thus became a school and an academy.

Some of her students were outstanding. We have already mentioned her nephew Urwah as a distinguished reporter of hadith. Among her women pupils is the name of Umrah bint Abdur Rahman. She is regarded by scholars as one of the trustworthy narrators of ha dith and is said to have acted as Aishah’s secretary receiving and replying to letters addressed to her. The example of Aishah in promoting education and in particular the education of Muslim women in the laws and teachings of Islam is one which needs to be followed.

After Khadijah al-Kubra (the Great) and Fatimah az-Zahra (the Resplendent), Aishah as-Siddiqah (the one who affirms the Truth) is regarded as the best woman in Islam. Because of the strength of her personality, she was a leader in every field in knowledg e, in society, in politics and in war. She often regretted her involvement in war but lived long enough to regain position as the most respected woman of her time. She died in the year 58 AH in the month of Ramadan and as she instructed, was buried in the Jannat al-Baqi in the City of Light, beside other companions of the Prophet.

It is no accident that Patong is the most popular destination in Phuket, Thailand.

The town has almost everything you could possibly want.

And a few things you probably don’t!

Shopping. Restaurants. A great beach.

And don’t forget the nightlife that made it famous.

But when it comes to real estate, what can you get for your money?

Let’s have a quick look.

This villa is a 10 minute walk from the town centre…

It’s up a steep hill.

But don’t worry if you’re not feeling energetic – there is a shuttle bus.

As you can imagine, the ocean views are very good – almost 360 degrees.

And the open plan layout means you can see the ocean from every room.

Outside there’s a wrap-around terrace, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

The asking price is 59,000,000 Baht (US$ 1,900,000).

If you like to party, this could be the place for you…

The private swimming pool has its own bar.

Plus, there is an industrial kitchen right next to the terrace – ideal if you are entertaining.

If you want more action – Patong town centre is close by.

And when you’ve finally had enough there is plenty of room for your guests.

On the lower floor, there’s a living room and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs there are 3 en-suite bedrooms.

The price?

16,000,000 Baht (US$ 527,184) – including all the furniture.

If you prefer an apartment, this place is worth a look…

On the rooftop is a huge 120m2, infinity-edge swimming pool, tables, chairs and sun loungers.

It’s a great place to watch the sunset.

Apartments from the 3rd floor up have ocean views.

But there are only a couple left for sale.

The resort has a gym, underground parking and 24-hour security.

You can pick up a studio apartment for 3,864,000 Baht (US$ 127,314).

A 1-bed pad will set you back around 5,000,000 Baht (US$ 164,745).

All come fully furnished.

These may be a good option if you are looking for a more permanent home…

They are only 1 km from Patong centre.

But because they are a bit further out of town, the area is much quieter.

They all come with fully fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.

And there’s a swimming pool, a gym and a small restaurant on-site.

You can buy a fully furnished, 2-bedroom apartment for 7,850,000 Baht (US$ 258,649).

Or a 50m2 studio for 4,190,000 Baht (US$ 138,056).

If you like to be at the centre of things, there is no doubt Patong is a good choice.

And there is plenty of property to choose from.

We have apartments starting at 1,955,000 Baht (US$ 62,800).

A trademark is a form of intellectual property that is valuable. Trademarks are unique indicators that all businesses or legal entities require to make their consumers identify their products or services. A trademark enables a company to distinguish its specific products or services from others. It may contain a word, a name, phrase, logo, design, symbol, image or a combination of two of these components or more.

Trademarks are important because they provide exclusive right to the owner to use, promote their products and services while distinguishing their products from others in the market. The owner can also authorize another business to use the trademark in return for payment. Trademarks can become a very effective and efficient marketing tool for new entrepreneurs who wish to make their presence in the market and establish themselves as a highly regarded company.

Moreover, trademarks can help you increase your publicity in the marketplace and set you apart among your competitors. If you have registered your trademark, you can track any trademark infringement which means you can sue the company that uses your trademark logo or any component without authorized permission. Lastly, trademarks are intangible assets that can tremendously increase the value of your business in case of resale at a later point of time.

When you register your trademark in the UAE, you have to register it in all the seven states of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.

You must have paid your publication fees prior to this. According to the revised new rules, applicants will have a 30 day period to pay publication fees and if they fail to do so, the trademark application will become invalid.

4. The registration process will begin if there are no objections raised after the publication.

The nature has become very just in dealing with almost everyone. The same is the case with the wisdom and ability to learn new things. Every human being is blessed with the talent, abilities and capacity to learn new things. There are sometimes however, that the people do not have the required financial resources to meet the financial obligations to acquire new talent, knowledge and education. The children of the deprived and poor people also have their dreams for future and in many cases, and in many cases they prove them. The medical profession is something which everyone desires to be part of, regardless of class differences.

Given the fact that all of the people do not have equal financial resources, the dream of a poor student to obtain a medical degree is shattered. However, there are certain solutions for the better future of the very class of the students.

Medical scholarships are an example of the same, which can offer not only a targeted subsidy but also a great relief for the students. The case of Dubai is not different from the rest of the world. It is among the most quickly developing place in the world and has become a commercial hub of UAE. However, this development has made it much more expensive as compared to past.

Due to the higher pace of development, the cost of living and availing all of the utilities has also gone up in the last many years. Hence, a lot of students who merit or aspire to be part of the professional education and get admission in medical and dental schools are unable to go there. The government at Dubai has responded well to the emerging crisis in the state. The administration as well as private sector took a very bright step in the right direction and established a lot of low cost but high quality educational service providing institutions across the state along with introduction of scholarship scheme

There are certain important features of any scholarships, particularly the medical scholarships which basically cover the tuition fees, books and study material expenses and a small remuneration. This is a general description of a scholarship, while the colleges and universities have their own policies and packages as well. In this regard, you just have to visit the website of university for dentistry for example and get the greater insight about the scholarships and financing schemes available for the students. Almost every type of required information is available for the students there.

There are some good projects of the government as well as the private sector which are dedicatedly working to promote the education for the each and every sector of the society as well as international deserving students. The RAK College of Dental Sciences is a glorious example of this. The college was established by the Ras Al Khaimah Human Development Foundation (RAK – HDF). The college offers diverse educational atmosphere and student friendly policies ands environment of international standard.

There are various examples of medical scholarships as some are for deserving students, while the rest are need based which cover tuition fees largely.

John Vegan reviews university for dentistry and concludes that the RAK dental college provide medical scholarships for underprivileged segment of the society to acquire higher education in Rak dental Schools UAE.

There is no doubt that staying in a hotel whilst on vacation can be the height of luxury and relaxation, but it can also offer regimentation and tension. You have to watch the clock to make the times for food; listen out for housekeeping; hand in your keys to reception every time you leave the building. Is this really relaxation? Maybe it is time you thought about renting a holiday home next time you go on vacation. Holiday homes are no longer wooden chalets on a self sufficient site, they offer varied standards of accommodation depending on your budget. They can provide high standards of comfort at lower prices, along with the additional benefits of privacy, freedom and the ability to choose your own meal times and food.

Do you need more reasons why you should choose a holiday home rental over a hotel for you next vacation, well here are some.

1.

When renting a holiday apartment you will find you have a lot more privacy and freedom than you will ever get in a hotel room. The time is yours to do with what you want, no fixed meal times and no having to worry when housekeeping are going to turn up at your door.

2. Over the years the spread of the multi-national hotels all over the world means that all hotels are beginning to look the same. Regulation style rooms, Cable TV, staff wearing the same uniform; when you move about the hotel it would not matter if you were on the French Riviera or on the Moon, everything would be standard. A holiday rental apartment can offer you the experience of living exactly like the locals. If you want that extra bit of luxury then you have the option to choose a rental with a swimming pool or BBQ patio just for you and your family, can a hotel offer you that.

3.

If you enjoy taking your vacation with friends or your extended family then staying in a holiday rental is the most practical option, everyone can share the costs as vacation rental apartments charge a flat fee for the apartment, it is not calculated by the number of occupants. Therefore, you save money on what you would spend on hotel rooms. That means more money to spend on enjoying yourself.

4. Are you taking children with you on holiday who are too old to share a room with each other or with you? Well a holiday rental means that you do not have to worry them being in another room, and all the going between the rooms to find out what is happening. Your holiday rental would be like a second home, everybody in one exclusive area but being able to enjoy their own space.

5. Most holiday apartments offer fully equipped kitchens. This gives you the freedom of choice on whether to eat in the apartment or go and sample the local cuisine. This can save a lot of money when you have the whole family to feed. In a hotel you are likely to end up paying for food you do not eat, because there will be the days, after a day in the sun on the beach, or walking around all the local attractions, you will not feel like making yourself look respectable in order to share a meal time with a hundred strangers eating food you do not feel like eating.

6. The best thing about vacation rental apartments is that you will feel like it is yours exclusively for the duration. You decide when and what you eat, you decide who you meet, who you share the pool with, it is all yours. But this does bring with it the day-to-day chores you find at home, but what better way to mix in with the whole ambience of the region you are in, meet the locals, buy local food from local shops, drink in local bars. This must be more appealing than the sterile atmosphere of a hotel.

7. When selecting your holiday apartment the options are endless, do you want a cottage or a castle, are you on a budget or are you looking for that luxury villa you always dream about.

8. Can’t you just picture yourself now, walking out of your apartment, stepping onto your patio to sit by your pool with a glass of your local wine you bought and poured yourself? Can any holiday hotel offer you that?
