2nd Swiss Culinary Festival
From 7th to 17th of May 2006 Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai is hosting its famous Swiss Culinary Festival for the second time. Swiss performers and yodelers, together with Guest chef Peter Spoerndli from Switzerland will participate to present once again a “true Swiss taste†to Dubai. You can also enjoy an a-la-carte menu or our varied daily buffet menu – the choice is all yours. For lunch, indulge in traditional Swiss, International and local cuisine for only Dhs 85,-- per person. (Friday Brunch at Dhs 120,-- per person). Experience the unique atmosphere of a Swiss-style evening for only Dhs 99,- or Dhs 149,- including standard beverages. Amongst others you can find Tatar with air dried beef, chicken fricassee Zuger Art, sliced veal Zuerichoise, roesti bernoise, Buendner beef and many other culinary highlights.
