    1. In a moderately hot pan, pour vegetable oil and add ginger and garlic paste. Stir-fry lightly. 2. Then, add tomatoes and chopped shallots. Stir-fry till golden. 3. Add cleaned, deveined and deshelled prawns and stir-fry with turmeric, cherry tomato, spring onion, bellpepper and red chilli paste and salt. 4. To finish, add freshly pounded peppercorn and coriander herb. 5. Check for seasoning and add lemon juice if required.
